Kicking Up a Storm: Stone Takes on the Trust Games Football
Last week, Stone pupils proudly represented the school at the Trust Games football event, taking on teams from across the Trust in an exciting day of competition.
Across 14 rounds of football, our team showed fantastic teamwork, determination and resilience from start to finish. Every player gave their all on the pitch, demonstrating excellent sportsmanship and supporting one another throughout the day.
Following a brilliant effort from the team, Stone currently sits in 7th place overall heading into the final event – a fantastic achievement with everything still to play for!
Next up is the final Trust Games event: Athletics on Tuesday 14th July. With double points available, the competition is far from over and we cannot wait to see our pupils give it their all once again.
